The Playroom Reset

A playroom rebuilt at child height.
The challenge
Toys were stored where adults could reach them, so cleanup always fell to adults.
The approach
We edited by age, grouped by play type, and moved everything active to the lowest two shelves with open, lidless bins.
The result
The children now reset the room themselves before dinner.
